This quick and easy recipe with Oyster and Shiitake mushrooms is sure to satisfy your dinner cravings.
Step 1
Heat up a pan with olive oil and sauté your veggies and mushrooms until they become soft and golden brown.
Step 2
While your mushrooms and veggies are frying, cook your pasta according to the package instructions.
Step 3
Add the cream to your veggies and mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and add in a bit of pasta water. Now add your tortellini and your good to go!

Ingredients
- 500g mushroom Tortellini
- 4-5 Oyster mushrooms
- 4-5 Shiitake mushrooms
- 1/2 white onion
- 1/2 zucchini
- 1 clove of garlic
- 500g cream of your choice (vegan, coconut, regular)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- (Vegan) Parmesan (optional)
- Fresh herbs (optional)
