Spicy King Oyster Tacos
Spicy, meaty, delicious!
This Taco is the perfect dish to share with your friends - easy to prep, delicious, and perfect for sharing.
Method
Step 1
Take a fork and shred the mushrooms into strips, starting at one end of the mushroom and pulling the fork to the other end.
Step 2
Prepare the marinade: Mix together equal amounts of Ketchup, soy sauce, tomato paste, Sriracha, and agave (or a sweetener of your choice). Add some paprika and garlic powder to your liking and mix again.
Step 3
Heat up a pan with some oil and cook the mushroom on medium-high heat until all the moisture has evaporated (around 8 min). Then add your sauce and let everything cook for another 3-5 minutes until the sauce caramelizes a little.
Step 4
Et voilà. Now it's time to assemble. Take your tortilla, add your mushrooms, some guacamole, Pico de Gallo, lime juice, and whatever else you like to have in your tacos and enjoy.

- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha (optional)
- 1 tbsp agave
- 1 tsp paprika powder
